WARRANTY POLICY

At Blue Shell Gaming, we want our customers to have the best experience possible with all the games and systems we sell. We specialize primarily in pre-owned, vintage, and refurbished products and because of that we know that problems may arise. Due to that we warranty all games, hardware, and accessories sold. Warranties are limited to terms and restrictions listed below.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

HARDWARE WARRANTY: 30-DAYS (from the time of purchase)

Hardware includes CONSOLES, CORDS, ACCESSORIES, and CONTROLLERS. The warranty covers items from NORMAL DEFECTS. If the item is brought back in ORIGINAL CONDITION with the receipt and WARRANTY STICKER intact and within the first 30 days, the item will first be tested and checked in for diagnostic. We will attempt to correct issue and/or repair, if unable to repair, the item will be replaced with the SAME ITEM ONLY (or similar item at our discretion). If an item is not able to be repaired or replaced, a full IN-STORE CREDIT refund will be issued. WE NEVER DO CASH REFUNDS.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Anything outside of normal use. Removal or tampering of WARRANTY STICKERS, physical damage, accidental damage, heavy use, abuse, environmental causes, infestation, power surge, use of cables or accessories not provided that would cause damage, water or moisture exposure, modding software or hardware, use of mod cards or accessories. Any of these will void your warranty and you will be responsible for the cost of any repair fees or repair parts needed.

VIDEO GAME WARRANTY: 7-DAYS (from the time of purchase)

(ALL cartridge and disc games) The warranty covers games from NORMAL DEFECTS. If the game is brought back in ORIGINAL CONDITION with the receipt and in the first 7 days, the item will first be tested and if found to not work we will attempt to repair by resurfacing, if unable to repair, the game will be replaced with the SAME GAME ONLY. If an item is not able to be repaired and a replacement is not available, a full IN-STORE CREDIT refund will be issued. WE NEVER DO CASH REFUNDS.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Anything outside of normal use. Scratches not present at the time of purchase, physical damage, accidental damage, heavy use, abuse, environmental causes, water or moisture exposure, damage caused by the console, problem playing because of console issues not game-related, issues with online or server changes. Any of these will void your warranty and you will be responsible for the cost of any repair fees or denied return/exchange.

FINE PRINT:

Warranty is not the same as return or exchange policy. Items are only covered from defects. Warranties do not cover buyers remorse, "didn't like it", or other reasons why you would want to swap for a different game or system. We are not a rental store, having to retest, reclean, and reprice games and systems costs time and money. We understand that mistakes are made and we will do our best in those situations to make things work for all parties. This "fine print" is necessary for those who abuse the return policy or attempt to scam us. Our desire is always to make customers happy and we will work with all customers who work with us. Threatening, yelling, or cussing at employees will result in ending talks and voids all warranties.

All collectibles including but not limited to FIGURES, COMICS, MOVIES, TABLETOP GAMING, and CARDS are FINAL SALE.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
