Warranty Policy

Trade-Ins

All trades are final once processed.

We reserve the right to refuse service or trade-ins.

All trade-ins require the customer to be 18 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID.

Blue Shell Gaming and This N' That Collectibles Show do NOT allow buying, selling, or trading of any merchandise between customers within the store premises. Buying, selling, or trading of any merchandise between customers may result in a ban for one or both parties.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our stores. Only SERVICE ANIMALS are welcome in our stores. Note: Comfort and Emotional Support Animals are not SERVICE ANIMALS, and are not recognized by the Americans with Disability Act.
